The basics
These terms are between you and Designerfist ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. You must be 18 or over to create an account. Children use Habit Heroes through a parent's or carer's account, with that adult in charge.
What Habit Heroes does
Habit Heroes helps families track daily tasks, prayers and points, and shows what those points are worth as pocket money. No money moves through the app: any pocket money is paid by you, if and how you choose. Prayer times and points are set by you. Habit Heroes is a family tool, not religious guidance.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free, for one child.
- The Family plan costs £2 a month or £20 a year, tax included.
- Payments are taken by Stripe, which sells the plan on our behalf (shown as "Link" at checkout). Its payment terms are shown at checkout.
- The plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next payment, and you can cancel before it applies.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time in Settings → Manage plan. You keep the Family plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
We don't give refunds for time already paid, except where the law or our payment provider requires it. In particular:
- 14-day right to cancel. UK law usually gives you 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase. Our payment provider applies this cooling-off period where the law requires it.
- Our payment provider may give a refund within 60 days of a payment in some cases, under its own rules.
Your account
Keep your password and parent PIN private. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Please don't misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep Habit Heroes running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable or free of errors. We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Ending your account
You can close your account any time using Delete my account in Settings, or by emailing info@designerfist.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
